Dear friends,

This Saturday, March 21st, “Bah Bah” — my little restaurant in the city of Cusco, Peru — will open its doors.  The workload is too heavy for me to be able to continue running Iroon at the same time.

The published content will remain accessible, but starting tomorrow the site will no longer be updated. My 31-year career as an online publisher has come to an end.

I don’t have much experience in cooking, but I’m happy that from now on I will spend my days preparing meals for others. I hope one day you will be my guest.
