پروانه اعتمادی (زادهٔ ۱۳۲۷) نقاش اهل ایران است. نقاشی را نزد بهمن محصص آغاز کرد و تنها شاگرد مستقیم این هنرمند محسوب می‌شود. وارد دانشکدهٔ هنرهای زیبای تهران شد، اما دو سال بعد تحصیل را نیمه‌کاره رها کرد. پروانه اعتمادی با نقاشی‌های طبیعت بیجان و به‌طور اخص نقاشی‌های سیمانی در دههٔ ۱۳۵۰ شناخته می‌شود. نخستین نمایشگاه خود را در سال ۱۳۴۸ در تالار قندریز برگزار کرد. در طول دههٔ ۱۳۶۰ و ۱۳۷۰ نیز آثار متنوعی با تکنیک مدادرنگی آفریده‌است >>>
