Being "democratic" for your own nation but fucking every other place on Earth in the process should not guarantee a place in the Security Council either. 

The entire idea of the P5 is undemocratic. In democracy, especially representative democracy, a body, elcts representatives who cna then make decisions on behalf of the body. usually as they see fit, but normally wise decisions, the representatives feel would be in the interests of the Body they represent.

Who the hell elected the P5?

Guess what P5 members have in common....Nuclear weapons! 

But I have to say, Russia's behaviour over Syria - practicaly keeping Assad the child killer in power- I found particularly despicable.
