Let's examine, what is being suggested here and what he means by a "draconian consequences"

Does he mean not to release Iran's funds or exchange prisoners for his release? Would he have agreed to stay behind bars in Iran? Didn't his family campaign so much for his release knowing this would have been the deal?

Or does he mean the "free world" should start a war with Iran because of this type of action?

Or perhaps you can tell me what would be "draconian consequences" so I can see how disgusting my comment was.
