dirty-dancing. Noun. A morally unclean, indecent or sexually provocative style of dancing; a striptease. An up close and personal style of dance in which the male and female partner dance in close contact with sexually provocative body movements.

As far the Islamist fascist rulers of Iran are concerned, any mixed couple dancing, any dancing by women, even little girls, is sexually provocative and therefore fits perfectly the above standard definition of “dirty dancing”.
