Lebanon's Hezbollah has confirmed that two of its top commanders are dead after an Israeli airstrike on Beirut. Lebanese health officials now put the death toll for the strike at 31, including three children. The Iranian foreign minister condemned the attack as 'criminal' but said Iran is not planning to take direct revenge against Israel. The strike has raised fears of an all-out war between Israel and the Iranian-backed Hezbollah, which is designated a terrorist group by many countries.
