He may had a big mouth but he often put it into good use. And as a bully, no one comes close to the Cheney & co. which included Rice and her drunken boss.

How would US or Americans feel if venezuela goverment had a covert operation to overthrow the US goverment. But I suppse America has no fault and those who don't bow to its power are just bullies.
