True or False I had noticed that many monarchist contributors had complained that the Balatarin Website tended to censor Monarchist contributers or deleted their posts without explanation. However I found it interesting that controversy surrounding Balatarin's editorial policy has again surfaced. This time in a recent interview with Nikahang Kowsar, Los Angeles TV Host and Journalist Shahram Homayoun suggested that the editor of the popular and controversial investigative website Khodnevis was contacted by Rafsanjani's son to see if he would be interested in purchasing the Balatarin Website. In response Nikahang Kowsar neither confirmed nor denied the rumor.

It should be noted that Nikahang Kowsar was at the center of a heated ethical debate amongst Diaspora Journalists divided on whether he should have or not made public  a recorded private conversation he had with Rafsanjani's son: Mehdi Hashemi Rafanjani. Rafsanjani's Son is pursued by Canadian Justice on corruption charges filed in 2005 linked to an illegal oil contract.
