Where was your mind a year ago in Peru? I recall a machu-pichu "high" but other than that nothing specific.
Speaking of Peru and being in DC, make sure you try Peruvian chickens of "Edy's" in Falls Church and "Chicken Pollo" in Annandale and also try SunDeVich! Worthy of a photo blog (shovelling charcoals literally with a shovel and cutting up whole chickens with satur, chop! chop! there goes that finger! ;-) not to mention a happy stomach and in the case of Peruvian chickens a feast! Order the full chicken.
No wonder you always smilling, because you are always travelling. haha
