I find it's good for me to listen to this at least once or twice a year. Especially now, I think that the current "climate" supports us to make a meaningful and profound change/transformation to the psychological structures that can imprison us and magnify our suffering unnecessarily. We can change certain types of suffering that not only affects us emotionally and psychologically, but can also hinder us financially, health-wise, and in our relationships and overall sense of well-being.
