The concept of “Persian flaw” has to do with purposely adding a mistake into one’s work to demonstrate humility, that one is not perfect. Actually among many modern painters, when the work is finished, the painter makes a random brush-strock on the canvas to make it look more "spontaneous!" It seems that in our psyche there is something disturbing about perfection.
