I can only imagine such sentiments are the result of our own frustration with the criminal Mullah and our own inability to confront and deal with them. Otherwise no sane person will cheer about a child getting injured by any regime, let alone expressing disappointment that got "only wonded" !

Likewise any regime, be it the IRI, Israel or any others who causes injury to kids, is a criminal and an evil regime.
