Iran says the US blaming Tehran for attacks on Saudi Arabian oil installations will not end the war in Yemen.

Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani also claims that the US is not taking responsibility for creating instability in the region.

Meanwhile, China's foreign ministry has also cautioned the US against blaming Iran without any facts.

Saudi oil production has been slashed by half, with around 5.7 million barrels per day halted.
