This is a true journalistic objectivity worthy of CNN and MSNBS anchors and the rest! Unfortunately this video doesn’t contain his speech. It could give you more objective material. He said “this was meant to be a surprise plot to have a bagpipes band in the conference but as you know I’m very proficient at spying and I discovered the plot and brought my bagpipes as a counter-surprise!”

But when I first saw this, it reminded me of this Irish saying that the Irish invented the bagpipes and they offered it to the Scottish as a joke. But the Scottish didn’t get the joke!
