Well, it all depends onhow one defines Morality. Is it the kind of stuff recommended and enforced by the Morality Police or are we talking about your standard average morality.

Of course it has!!! I mean..anyone, and i mean anyone can see that by just taking a simple afternoon stroll out on the streets , holding on to your dear wallet as tight as you could of course...and Just watching and enjoying the way people look at each other and treat one another. 

You can easily detect the instances of people Morally and observing specially coded ethical standards to undress one another through various means, physically, economically and mentally!! all approved and endorsed by the establishment. And should there be any kinds of complaints , the Higher authority(really, High...as in on drugs authority, see to it that the you will know who the boss is around here).

SO, i guess i'd have to be one of the 10%-ers who has so far voted Jess...as in Yes...to this question.

DM jan, Yes, Morality is a very relative term. But hey, at least one person believes Iran under Mullahs is a more moral place. I trust this person is living in Iran now :) 

There must be a lot of north tehranis on this website. Look at the # of No's vs. Yes's.

The rest of Iran is so sexually moral!
