Well brother Seyd javad, there are two issues with it:

A) #6  is not true because you don't have water and U-tube pipe  to prevent the smell from sewer  system to come up and that's why toliets like this in public places stink so bad!

B) # 3, It may strngthen the muscle but as you get older your knees need more support and thus becomes very uncomfortable to use!

That being said the toilet you have in here with a picture of rahbar may be worth having!

brother javad, you can improve on your bathroom design by replacing khamenei's picture with even a bigger madar ghahbeh, namely javad the "zaif" zarif or hassan rooh-any!

While it is very functional and innovative, I see one major flaw with it. When one squats over this toilet, he is looking at Khamenei’s face, up close and personal. I don’t know about you but the close encounter with Rahbar will cause severe constipation in most people!
