Mehrdad Ghodoussi and his British Businesswoman wife, Amanda Staveley who brokered a deal for the Saudi investors to take over the English Premier League Club. Newcastle United FC have 10% ownership in the club and will be running the operations.

Amanda is an international investor with strong ties to the Middle East. She married Mehrdad in 2011 and they have a son. She used to date Prince Andrew.
