Beautiful.
from Souri:
Well said Majid. There are millions of girls in the world who are deprived from these simple joy in life.
Be Well my Dear

Beautiful Majid Jaan. The rebellion of that little girl still continues and is getting bigger every day!

from Mike Simms the editor of Vox Populi:
A lovely poem Majid and a good fit for Vox Populi. I posted it to appear....
from Sharyn:
Another wonderful poem! The simplicity is only on the surface which makes it even more appealing. I remember going to the pool in Abadan where we lived in an oil company community. I took my children (son and daughter) in the afternoons when there was no segregation of sexes but I believe there were special morning hours for women only who didn’t wish to mix and now, I’m sure, everywhere is even stricter and the this spunky young girl represents so much that females are trying to achieve by speaking up.
I quoted some of the last poem you sent in the monthly article I write for our community magazine for the poetry club—really a weekly workshop where we bring poems to share and critique. I live in an active adult community outside Tucson, AZ. Since you encourage sharing of your poetry, I assumed you wouldn’t mind.
