Hello Dear friend 

The year 2021 is finally coming to an end with its all ups and downs. It seems a brighter future awaits us as the lethality of Covid 19 has dropped and many people got vaccinated throughout the world.

Although a sense of fear still lingers in result of reopening public places but the feeling of coming together as a society again makes all of this bearable.

In Iran many public places were opened as well, amongst them was the Rangin Kaman Sepid Institute allowing us to celebrate its 20th year of its founding in an auditorium with our friends.

In the anniversary we appreciated “Naficeh Naficy” one of our founders and spoke about Ranginkaman Sepid's goals and challenges. Then one of the yoga classes performed yoga. We sent you some photos of this event.

In 2020 grandmothers of the institute had knitted a patchwork quilt to show their unity and hope for the future. We have continued with this project and this year, elder people from several senior centers around Iran participated as well and we sew all these different pieces together. Due to the fact that Isfahan was recognized as a senior -friendly-city; the patch work was put on display in one of the city’s landmarks in show of gratitude for our elder generations and the important place they have in our society.
