It is colourful. It has nothing to do with Islam!

BTW the tattoo is real according to the police. This is a common ‘painting' or tattoo [usually on the body] related to ‘The Day of the Death’ which is celebrated in Mexico and seemingly it has an Aztec background.

Not a fan of staring and/or laughing at people's appearance, and I have a strong hunch that neither are you... But... "Walmart's weirdos" enjoy having their own cult... It's mostly in the US, though... A quick google search will provide a ton of pages... and whenever you're done with it we might, only might dig into the cause or causes of this phenomenon...
