If they don't follow Sharia law then they are denying the pillar of their faith. Unfortunateluy Sharia law is incompatible with human rights and is oppressive. That is the issue that Maher is speaking of.

Sharia law means different thing to different people, as we've come to see in the Middle Eastern countries which by the way is only 15% of the world's Muslim population.  Whatever it is many of the Muslims don't want it either and in the end you either paint ALL muslims with one brush or you don't.

What ISIS is doing is exactly what Sharia law is. You can also read the history of Islam and its wars and then you understand more details about Sharia law.

Here are some statistics for you, there are 1.4B Muslim on this planet and 60% of them are illetrate and can't read and write. There are 600 universities in 57 Muslim countries of the world. Compare that to 8300 universities in India alone. 

I do think there are serious problems with Muslim culture and someone finally is asking questions.

And you defend the end result of sectarian violence that the West stupidly ignited in Iraq despite all the warnings at the beginning in 2003 before and during the war in the early days.  This end result is the arrogance of calling ALL Muslims the same and violent and using Iraq to punish Muslims there for the crimes of Bin Laden and company even though they had nothing to do with it.
