I don't know which is a sorrier story - that the biggest, brightest, most lethal, the most fantastic military that the world has ever know needs to fire FOUR rockets to destroy a dingy (a motor boat) OR that it kills off two shpwrecked baotsmen in violation of all norms of international law of warfare.
