N.B.C is reporting that tomorrow, The Apple Growers of America, an organization that promotes and protects the apple growers in this country,  will announce that it is suing Apple Inc. to drop the word "Apple" form its name.  It is said that the damages sought against Apple Inc. are so vast that if the company loses, it has no choice but to declare bankruptcy.  

Bloomberg is reporting that the Apple Inc. will be asked to pay 50 cents for every apple grown in the US in 2012. This could amount to $30 trillion.

Associated press is reporting that Tim Cook is being forced out as the CEO of Apple Inc. as of April 1, 2013 due to all the blunders under his stewardship. 

President Obama who owns thousands of Apple shares, held in blind trust, said this evening that this was a very sad day for Apple and for America.
