The choice between bad and the worse is not limited only to dictatorial regime, we have been dealing with those choices here in US at least for the last few elections.

But Do u think that the United states has a lot in common with our typical, text-book cases of regimes in question?

I know people bellyache and whine every now and then about the US government, but can you really even begin to make comparisons?

Can you say that the level of state-control in US is the same as it is in Iran????

Yeah, the elections in the US are really not all that different from the "elections" in the IRI (except for the Leader-for-Life who cannot be popularly elected anyway). Yeah, right!

DM Aziz,

So now we know you are not only an expert at Iranian people mood about politics, you are also an expert at American people feeling about their choices for President.

It is heartwarming and reassuring to have these experts among us :)

Now i can see why bosses and managers complaing about lack of productivity in the states. If only the knew they've got employees who are in the buisness of draggin on a conversation, about a concept for which there has been ample evidence and proof.

I wish they would enhance "E- verify" to take care of these issues as well:))))

Oh...senator sessions...where are you....

When the dust settles, Iranians will undoubtedly question the wisdom behind the regime’s nuclear ambitions and “anti-imperialist” rhetoric — especially the staggering costs they’ve imposed on the country’s people and resources. But right now, the deeper outrage lies in the impunity that Trump’s words granted Israel’s war machine to violate Iran’s sovereignty, victimize civilians and dismantle the country’s infrastructure without constraint. —Asef Bayat
