Judgment is one of our biggest blocks. 

Have you ever heard someone say, “Not to be judgmental, but…” 

We know we need to stop judging, so we try to sugar coat our judgment with nice words or expressions. 



But the trick is to accept and admit you are judgmental. Once you are aware of that, then you can begin to change your state from judgment to impartial observation. 

Restriction of our negativity is not about suppressing our reactive behavior. It’s about overcoming it.
