Wearing eyepatches, mothers of two victims of the November 2019 protests in Iran have given a boost to a social media campaign in solidarity with those who suffered eye injuries from pellets fired by the security forces during recent protests in Isfahan.

Mahboubeh Ramazani is the mother of Pejman Gholipour and Rahimeh Yousefzadeh is the mother of Navid Behboudi.

Many Iranians have joined the campaign started by @afshoon on Instagram on November 28th, posting photos with eyepatches - emulating Chilean protesters in 2020.
