Your usual irrelevant comment is fortified with wrong assumption. Instead of all the time and bandwidth you constantly waste to belittle opposition to the Islamist fascists, to NO avail at that, what else do you have show for your efforts?
And What do you have to show for your effort? let see, getting some truth and lies and mixing it as a form of propaganda with a message "Islamic repubic sucks" Vow!!!! what a discovery, we could have not figured this out ourselves ! (chizy ke ayan ast che hajat be bayan ast)
Anxioulsy waiting for your next sets discoveries, earth, wind , fire and bicycle.
Sanctions work U.S senate go a get or do it or what ever.
All you do, and you’ve been doing it for years, at least in my blogs here and the other site, is to belittle opposition with snide remarks. If that makes you happy, go ahead and continue.
Ps. if you were honest, by citing my writings you would provide my “lies”. Should you fail to do so, it would make you a liar, who accuses others of lying.
No role model of mine would ever stand for or with Mir Hossein Mousavi or Kahroubi or Rouh-Ani or any other Khamenei's variant - beautiful or otherwise!!!
Fred.
Having blocked the "Razi" user ID of this $8/h bache akhoond , I am surprised to see you wasting your time responding to his "MRX" user ID!!!!
instead of kicking this islamist troll and all his user ID's out of your blogs, so other users can come and freely comment and exchange ideas using your well written blogs.
Let him use his other user ID's to copy and post poetry and music from others to soothe the pain of being blocked from the only worthy blogs to read on this site!
Just saying.
Zolfali44,
I abhor censorship, for many years those who’ve made it their mission to attack me personally have been free to do so.
Those two user IDs that I’ve reluctantly blocked, and only after nearly seven years, constantly used my blogs to attack other site visitors who were not present in the blog, or were spewing thinly veiled hatred of others, that will no longer do.
Now...Now big boys....
Do u know what today is? Do ya? I tell ya. It is the day that Our Leader the original one i mean, Who laid the foundations for greatness which was at the time considered a bold move, went upstairs to meet his creator.
Now, shouldn't you two fellows just relax and remember all the great things the he did in his life? for you and me ? Come on...Kissy kissy now. Smoooooooooooooch:)
Praise for "United for Iran" an organization of IRanian Lefties and Mossadeghis and a cover up for all these Pro IRI apologists who early on were doing everything to make sure the Green Movement becomes the mainstream representation of dissent in IRan and invent the false notion of "reformists" vs "hardliners" is nothing but an extension of NIAC far reaching network of IRI apologists and advocates of a "massalan" secular Republic as opposed to the restoration of the legitimate Monarchy which these activists wanted to belittle and marginalize early on by bringing up the idea that Iran was a Thriving "democracy" prior to the "coup" against the "democratically elected" Mossadegh. Needless to say that these assumptions were the product of the pro mossadegh and anti shah groups which "United Iran" wanted to "unite" ...
Their idea of "unity" was and is product of the hypocrisy and double standards of the Iranian expat community which managed to give the IRI the lifeline it needed eversince 2009 when they invented this disingenuous "opposition" thanks to their large networks of propagandists ranging from Massih Alinejad, Nikahang Kowsar, MAhrangiz Kar, Shirin Ebadi, Abbas Milani and the rest of these so called "eminent Persians" who made sure the monarchist opposition and it's appeal will be replaced by these pseudo "advocates of democracy and human rights"
The transformation of the once "Reza Shah Dovom" to "Shahrvand" Reza only accelerated the process since 2009 when the once King chose to campaign with his unconstitutional shora and under the influence of dubious characters like Ali Reza Nourizadeh and former IRI revolutionary guards founder Mohsen Sazegara ( labled "Dr." ) decided to slowly but surely give up on his Oath as King and to his father's last will.
Hence why the monarchist opposition was dissolved like sugar in water and creating the vacuum easily filled up by all these reformist websites and organizations under different lables and names like "United for Iran", "Tavana" and the rest who thanks to vast internet campaigns gradually became the "voices" and "spokespersons" of the so called Diaspora community.
Just google United for IRan and NIAC or Firuzeh Mahmoudi and Trita Parsi and funny how many times these two organizations signed the same petitions. IS that a coincidence ?
They started early on by asking the US to act agains the MKO
Joint Expert Statement on Mujahedin-e Khalq | NIAC
For those who read Trita Parsi's "Treacherous Alliance" the key was to link the Naive Shahrvand Reza to the MKO as being "anti Iranian" and "Pro War" and making sure Iranians in the diaspore suspect monarchists as being in the same camp as the MKO.
Then they started working with Obama to appease with the mullahs:
Leading Diplomats, Experts and Organizations Call on Obama to Reinvigorate Diplomacy with Iran
And funny enough she too comes from Oslo ... does that ring a bell ?
Firuzeh Mahmoudi | Speakers | Oslo Freedom Forum
All these people have had a common agenda : Create the narrative that Iranians want a Secular Republic and not the return of the monarchy.
Once that narrative was created ... invented actually ... then sold as a "given fact" to mainstream media thanks to their close relationship and networks on CNN ( Amanpour) , and Anti Bush Entertainment icons like Jon Stewart and Colbert who regularly invited and publicized this narrative early on since 2009 ...
That is when RP due to his own lack of character and belief in the monarchy decided slowly but gradually to detach himself from his Oath to his father's last will and present himself with a Green kneck tie and play the "democrat" too by jumping on the Pro Green Bandwagon and made it even more easy for these nobodies to come forth and become the spokesperson's of not just our community abroad but of the so called "voicless" Iranians inside.
Except they cherry picked and have been cherry picking those voices that serve their Pro Jomhury ( aka Pro Republican ) narrative.
Lastly my opposition to Fred is not personal and would refrain from ad hominem attacks
Fred is genuinely opposed to the IRI and I have always said we share that in common.
But we clearly are not pursuing the same Post IRI ideal.
I was, am and remain a monarchist. Our ideological camp is fatherless given that the last and legitimate heir of the dynasty we seeked to restore betrayed his father's last will and in the process the ideological "raison d'etre" of the constitutionalist movement and constitution which even Shapour Bakhtiar or Daryoush Homayoun ever questioned.
Campaigning for a referendum was RP's idea and suggested to him by his dubious "advisors" who used him as a tool to dissolve the genuine opposition to the IRI and prepare public opinion that there was an alternative to the IRI but also to the Monarchy and that was : democracy.
That was the beginning of the end of the genuine opposition and explains the success of NIAC and it's various remifications in taking center stage.
RP "middle ground" approach merely helped accelerate that process.
Fred thinks that by supporting RP he is helping put into shape what he sees as a genuine opposition to the IRI ...
As I said we don't have the same understanding of who and what this "opposition" is ...
Hence my criticisms of the posts and blogs which support this narrative and will do so if he doesn't block me like Faramarz has simply for saying the truth.
Other than that I don't believe Fred deserves being attacked personally ... although he doesn't write under his real name he is entitled to his own opinions and propaganda for the cause he believes in like anyone of us.
So keep on blogging Fred ... I welcome your blogs and our ideological discourse precisely because we both have Iran's future at our heart. Except we don't see eye to eye on that Future or present strategy of opposing the IRI.
Best
DK
Darius,
I was wondering how you would vent your new found hatred of Prince Reza Pahlavi in this write-up; I need to wait no more.
BTW, don’t forget, Prince Reza Pahlavi has had a hand in the greenhouse effect too.
Ps. I still have not lost hope in your new all consuming hatred of Prince Reza Pahlavi being a passing phase.
If by "hatred" you mean I wish him physical harm ... then I would say you are wrong.
The battle for a Post IRI Iran is not rooted in a personal feud with a Prince who chose to betray but rooted in a higher ideal of national and historical interest.
Iran's superior interests and the future of the monarchist ideal matter more to me than an heir who chose to drop out from his responsibilities as custodian of his royal dynasty and constitution which I remind you is an heir's first and utmost duty before anything else.
My opposition to the once "leader of the Opposition" is precisely rooted in his own personal choice to abandon what he was born to defend.
In a royal family there are lines of succession. An heir who betrays his duties by comment or demeanor loses his legitimacy and it is up to the family to offer another person to replace him or risk deligitimizing themselves.
Look up in any Constitutional Monarchy in Europe or elsewhere and you can see that an heir cannot do and say what he likes no matter the pretext he brings up to justify his current political alliances.
He wanted to break away from the past in the name of "democracy" and "embracing the youth" when his duty was to defend the monarchy first.
By claiming that his priority ( dagdageh ) is elsewhere he was breaking away from a Sacred Oath to his bloodline and father's last will.
My loyalty HAS ALWAYS BEEN to the Shah's last will and the 1906 Constitution he expected his son to preserve, defend, and protect :
Shah of Iran's Last Will Read by the Empress Farah
and not to his ungrateful son !
He is the one who hates us ... and did so publicly by insulting even those who chose to shout Javid Shah and and Happy Birthday at the Risk of their lives under the islamic republic by branding them as "fascists"
If the Son chooses to betray then he is the one who declared a new found hatred for us and not the otherway round.
RP changed ... I haven't ...
Darius,
I take you as being a cultured person, the type who never thinks of physically harming anyone, even the object of their hate.
I also think your unfortunate new found hatred of Prince Reza Pahlavi is misplaced. This is not the first time that monarchists have turned on him primarily for people he has chosen to be around him.
There is a Persian saying, before you steal the minaret, dig the well you’re going to hide it in. This hatred of Prince Reza Pahlavi, who is one of, if not the most qualified one, to be the pivot for all opposition groups to the unreformable Islamist fascism, remind me of that Persian saying.
We have difference of opinion on the minor issues and NOT on the goal that really matters.
Take care, Darius.
