This is not the time to let down Crown Prince Reza. Like many I am disappointed by President Trump's lack of support and dismissing the Iranian people's hopes and aspirations for democracy. However that comes as no surprise. As a community our role is to keep united in our support all the more that the longer this war is prolonged and brings with it human and material casualties, the more the naysayers and Islamic Republic apologists in the medias like Trita Parsi and his network of traitors will strive to put the blame on the Crown Prince and us supporters. The fall of the illegitimate regime in Iran will happen. The question is not if but when ? While waiting for the outcome we will see bitter divisions come to surface and it will be exploited by supporters of the regime who have over the past decades firmly penetrated the western medias which see them as "credible" analysts and "experts" on Iran whose aim is to create the same narratives that have kept this regime in place. Don't be fooled. This war will either end abruptly given Trump's unpredictable behavior or will be prolonged with it's share of victories and setbacks over which we as a diaspora have little control. But we can do our share of activism and show of support for the Crown Prince and his team until an opportunity does come along. Once the regime comes to the brink of collapse there will be a space for us to fill in the political vaccuum because we should believe in the fact that we are on the right side of History. History will remember the amazing show of unity we in the diaspora have displayed to echo the voice of the brave men and women inside Iran who fought and died for King and Country. We now need to work even harder and smarter in order to empower ourselves as a united community worldwide. WE CAN DO IT. NEVER DOUBT THAT. Continue to rally peacefully and with dignity as you have to date. Support your community spokespersons and rally organizers. But don't let the anti war regime apologists play with your feelings and compassion. This is not a time for weakness. We may have lost a battle we have not lost the war.
