Happy Norooz and Easter to you, Shazde germai! Great to see you here!
What can go wrong during a new year whose arrival is being celebrated by the unity of "the book", and "the bottle"?...Nothing, absolutely not a single thing...Happy NoeRooz...
Mini Jaan, Did you mean to say Neo/NoeRooz (Neo as in new or Noe as in badass!?)
Dear Friends: thanks and happy No/Noe/Neo Rooz to all you, with best wishes.
NowRuz Shaad o Pirouz Shazde Jaan.
I was told once that a group of people whose language is missing some basic words such as 'he', 'she', and 'it' (all lumped together as 'oo') is not going to reach any convergence on anything anytime soon! But, then again, I am NOt an expert in language!
Doesn't the fact that we do not have unity regarding the spelling of one word explain how the regime has stayed in place for so long?
Yes! Lack of unity has impeded us from becoming an alternative to the regime and ultimately replacing it, so far!
Unity or Shmunity?
Have we not been repeating this line forever now?
It is awe-inspiring to see some people attempt to so cleverly disguise their love and support for all things Islamic! all around the world...starting with the IRI and going all the way to the palestinian cause for struggle, the biggest sham of all time.
WHat else have you got there? come on...spill it out ...
Hey Mini...just got a call from benji, telling me he is willing to move back to those pre-1967 borders...but he wants you to be there for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, what should i tell him?
Cheers to you too.
Norooz mobarak.
One size fits all...It's vomit-inducing to see some people attempt to so cleverly disguise their love and support for all things Zionist! all around the world...starting with the filthy, anti-Semitic, child killer Zionist and going all the way to the occupied territory, the biggest criminal violation of the UNSC and human rights of all time...Something like that...
Shazdeh jaan, Norooz Pirooz!
If by faith you mean religion, it is organized religion that has brought us to this point in our history, so if you replace faith by "independent thinking", or "the ability to think for ourselves" instead of a bunch of nonsensical arajeef in a book written by, and edited by, people - then we have hope!
Mini joon
Whoa! that is too long. He wants the shorter version. Got any?:)
Hey. and do you want a bag so you can vomit into, cuz i sure as heck would not want to see your equipment get all messy.
oh and i never "disguised" anything , i am openly declaring stating my support for the soverignty of the state of Israel. The zionist part , however is your addition, I never supported it openly or secretly. in az in.
For now, it is your beloved Muslims of all colors and flavors who are killing followers of other religions, all over the place without even being provoked, and only because they are F...ed in the head in a major way. That is real child-killing and filth.
Amre digeyi nist ?:))
I am sure that those Lunetics, and followers of The Mohammdian ISlam!! who killed some innocent christinas yesterday in pakistan, belonged to the most "moderate" sect of your beloved religion, and they follow the same ideology and school of thought that those crap-for-brain Haazeebollahis in lebanon and palestin do.
Did the Israeli gov. committ anything even close to that? Massacring people while their carrying out a religious ritual? Heck no. Keep in mind, I am talking about an invasion, attack, happening in the same exact context, not during raids and under other circumstances.
Regardless of all the backdoor deals that are made between various goverments and political/millitary factions, i am so glad that the Israeli government is out there , watching these idiots like a hawk, or as we say in farsi "Mesle sag" and responds to their F...ups in the strongest possible sense, With a "too dahani".
Razi shodi?:)
By the way, Happy norooz to you. 100 years to these years:))
I don't care about Easter--or any religious based holiday for that matter. But Happy Nowruz to you dear SAM. The question that I have though is this: would have posted this blog here if iranian.com was not down? I ask becasue recently you have been posting your material there exclusively.
Do you and can you really blame me, AO?
Look at this piece, for example. I couldn't cut-and-paste into the blog space from WORD, so had to retype the whole thing again. I don't know why the Iroon blog space doesn't work with my software, like so many other things that don't work here!
Look at the comments above; it makes me ashamed just to look at them! See how a "short and sweet" piece about Norooz and Easter has attracted such nasty comments! Do you still blame me?
So I pour my heart out and run my pen on paper and type in WORD and retype on this blog space ... and what do I get? Some 50 views and then 15 strange comments!
Then I go and visit other blogs and comments ... each nastier than the other! I am not on any of those treads and haven't been for months ... still some idiot like HAMAL who is defintely a true HAMAL curses me wherever he finds "suitable"! The motherfuckerpieceofshitassholesonofawhore curses me for devil knows what reason, and there is no one to edit his comments.
So yes, I'd only post here the odd whimsical pieces ... DO YOU BLAME ME?
Dear SAM- I'm not sure that I have experienced all the difficulties that you have with the formatting. I typed my last blog in Word and cut and paste it here. A security box popped up, and I pasted it in that, and I was pretty much set with some minor tweaks here and there. Commenting in English in the Persian section is still a bit difficult, and I haven't yet mastered the photo insertion in comments.
In terms of the personalities, I'm not going to talk about indviduals, as I don't want to get involved in fights among other people. So, I let you guys sort (or duke, whichever is more appropriate term) that one out. Generally speaking, however, I always say that if you want to blog, you have to have an extremely thick skin. You can be bothered with negtaive comments or red thumbs down. And I don't think anyone knows about that more than I do. Look at my blogs on Iranian.com (old and new) and see all the stooges who were assigned to my blog just to pick a fight and derail the discussion--including IR's most notorious online comment-bots, such as "Faramarz Fathi" (complete with his fake, friendless, Facebook propaganda page that he peddles on iranian.com) and "Niloufar Parsi," which Nature knows are probably the same guy sitting in a cubicle in Nabatiyeh. They poured into my blogs everytine I posted one--without fail, with the single objective of harassment. I guess it's all a matter or perspective. By that I mean that if you write to a friendly crowd, and don't say things they consider red line stuff, you'll get along, and that lunatic P_J will praise you. But try saying something negative about the Lebanese Hezbollah on the other site....and oh boy...they come out of the woodwork...Bavafa, P_J, Niloufar Parsi and his five thousand usernames...I made a point of being in those losers' face. Why? Because I like it! I like pissing off IR agents. It gives me pleasure. Just to see the veins on their foreheads pop. It gives me enormous pleasure....It's all worth it. And I'm really not bothered by it. I have a thick skin. I'm a strong person. Words don't hurt me.
Moreoever dear SAM--there's a lot of blame to go around. I would be remiss if I don't mention your own attack blogs about Fred for instance. If I recall correctly, that was the last English blog that you posted here before you left for iranian.com....calling Fred a corporation...and other stale comments that orginated from IR agents on iranian.com. Fred has never attacked you. Why did you see it necessary to post a blog harassing him and accusing him of being an Israeli, etc.? Speaking of blame, are you blameless there? And by doing so, didn't you contribute to the same atmosphere that you are now indignant about?
And I say all of this with peace and love SAM. :-)
Yup; it's utterly unfair to link that Fred fellow to anything Zion... Che harfa!
Happy 13-Bedar Shazde Aziz.
This site has become an amusing exercise in free speech and the First Amendment rights. For example, going around and leaving vulgar comments and messages is not free speech. It is a lack of class and questionable upbringing.
Also, flooding this site with garbage blogs, links and slogans 7 days-a-week is not free speech. It is polluting the air, the same way a smoker in a closed room takes away other people's oxygen.
Yeah but you see AO, these people who go around and leave such comments on different threads, are on a mission and are fighting (or whatever that it is they think they are doing) for the right cause. So if you take that away from them, they literally have nothing to live for.
Hey mini joon. Benji is still holding, what she i tell him? baba he is a busy man, vaat eez ur fynal annnser?:))
Dear AO,
I take the same view as you about the red thumbs and those who don't like my views. Not long ago I wrote a blog about this to show that the red thumb is something to cherish and that I even prefer them to the thumbs up. Unfortunately many people took my sincere blog as a sarcastic complain. I don't however have the same view about profanities and comments that try to divert the reader from the subject of the blog. When I have the control I delete all such comments and bar the user.
I agree with Faramarz that the less cultured people who keep using profanities, accusations and vulgar language in place of reason and an educated exchange make the site unpleasant and bring it to disrepute.
In people that you mentioned I liked Bavafa and found him far more intelligent and worthy of exchanges than some people here who in my view need psychiatric help. Bavafa showed honesty and integrity whatever his views. The same thing can't be said about PJ and FF. The multi username NP was of course doing her job but she was never rude either.
Faramarz jan: I fully agree with you, and that's what's killing this site.
Divaneh jan: be careful when trying to bar a user, because that feature does not work well either, and often you end up barring someone else!
Dear Shazde,
I have done that already. Last time I tried to bar Ibn-Oghde and received complains from Hamal and Red Wne that I had blocked them too. God knows who else may have been blocked without my knowledge.
This is true. I have been blocked from AO's recent blog - and not sure why?
Happy Spring Equinox SAM. Just get Firefox and your problems should be over (the issue of this site's editor not working with browsers such as Internet Explorer is a well known issue not limited to this site). As for the rest the Internet is the perfect medium for Trolls and Flamers. Nothing for it but developing a think skin so keep on writing.
I've had the same problem blocking a couple of creatures. It took several attempts to get it right. But then again, this is an Iranian site:
