Kend ocağı

We made a meat piroshkis or dumplings at our village house in Azerbaian province of Iran. The dough and beef and mushrooms used in this food give it a unique taste. I hope you cook it at home too.

Ingredients:

milk 2 glasses
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Yeast 2 tablespoons jam
egg 2 numbers
Salt As needed
Vegetable oil 1/2 glass
Flour To the extent that it does not stick to the hands
onion 2 numbers
Minced meat half a kilogram
turmeric As needed
Mushrooms half a kilogram
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Bell pepper 3 numbers
tomato paste 2 tablespoons
