They need to watch the video, pretty clear why he was neutralized.

Actually the video is pretty damning for the police. At no time did he pose a threat to the officers. And he had no weapons on him. Really hard to justify that shooting. And the pursuit itself violates the Park Police's own guidelines for pursuits.

I can't even fathom what the parents and siblings have been going through but cases like this need to be settled in a court of law based on evidence, facts, etc by lawyers, experts, ...! Rallying and holding signs in front of the Lincoln memorial or Jefferson's house won't bring justice! BTW, where have these three faggets Trita Parsi, Hooman Majd, and Reza Asslan been on this case? Or have they been busy bashing Trump?

I dont look at these event through the small prism of where the guys was from, what color or nationality or Race.  Of course unless the guy is the follower of a terrorist cult or organization such as KKK or Islam!

But in general, when you lead the armed police in a high speed car chase through a busy residential area, endangering the lives of innocent residents, then you are asking for trouble. Big trouble!

That is something most people do not get and thus they end up intesifying the situation.

Dude...man...come on...When the cops ask you to stop, your hands will be on that wheel asking what seems to be the problem officer and await further instructions. No ifs or buts about it !!!! i don't care if you are guilty or not, just do it and they will leave you the heck alone.

I obviously didn't know this person. But to me it looks like he may have some mental issues. Otherwise, why would he: a)flee the scene of an accident where he was the victim, and b) when he had no criminal record and there were no warrants out for him? He also wasn't drunk or high. So, there's no logical explanation other than some psychological issue. If that was the case, that is even more reason for the cops to have NOT shot him. Again, he posed to threat to anyone, and his car could have easily been stopped with spike strips or other methods. This whole incident is crazy. And as far as NIAC, those a**holes wouldn't get involved unless there's a benefit for the IR. That's where their bread and butter comes from. Faramarz had posted something earlier about how he had recommended a friend who needed help to this IR lobby and how they ended up asking him to be a tool for the IR.
