In an about-face, which is becoming a hallmark of Trump administration, U.S. president called the Islamist president of Turkey to congratulate him for winning the Turkish referendum.

The disputed referendum, in addition to giving Erdogan the opportunity to stay as president until 2029, it gives this Islamist autocrat nearly absolute power.

Only hours before the congratulatory call, at a briefing, Sean Spicer, the White House spokesman announced:

"There is an international commission that is reviewing this and issues a report in 10 to 12 days. We will wait and let them do their jobs,"

Witnessing the disastrous, bloody rule of the warmongering Islamist fascists in Iran, next door to Turkey, and having witnessed what Islamists wanted to do to Egypt forcing the people to rise up and eject them from power, Trump’s congratulating a disaster in the making is just stupefying.

Sanction works, U.S. Senate, get to it.
