The account, clearly inspired by "Rich Kids of Instagram," collects pictures of what appears to be young and wealthy Iranians driving around in sports cars, wearing expensive watches or drinking fancy cocktails by big swimming pools.
The page received widespread international media attention early this week.“

These are kids of Oil mafia and Military mafia (IRGC). In public, they call themselves Sonati but their version of Sonati means enjoying sigheh as often and as early as they can perfectly acceptable by the Shaira laws on the books.
I'm not sure about that dear RG. The IR still has a pretty strong brainwashing operation. They target these kids from an early age and raise them to be their suicide bombers / thugs. They give them enough to make them feel like they're getting something in return for their loyalty, but in reality, they keep them poor and dependent on the governmet.
