I'm glad that all this rabid anti West hatred paid off for Iran and an "independent" regime came to power there in 1979. Things have worked out great so far...I never use this expression, but LOL! Seriously, Iran was never colonized and they have such hatred for 'colonialists,' because of which they burned their own country into the ground. Can you imagine if Iran was actually colonized like India, the Persian Gulf states, Kenya, Egypt, and a whole host of other countries in the world? Maybe they would just be so enraged that they would gouge their own eyes on the streets?!
