Her safety is at stake. She may be taken hostage by the professional hostage takers in Tehran while Obama is playing golf, fundraising or making speeches on how great Hillary Clinton will be as president.

This is a women's tournament. Iran is ruled by an apartheid regime the constitution of which has reduced the status of women to second-class citizens. Under such apartheid rules and the threat of persecution for "inappropriate" behavior, no woman should participate in the tournament.

Those French entities who believe foreign female participants in the tournament should respect the host country's primitive laws and go to Iran have no respect for Iranian women and do not seem to have any concern for the safety of the non-Iranian female participants.
