I'm sorry for the loss of lives, but in a scoiety where corruption is rewarded, unfortunate events like this are to be expected. Even Saudi freaking Arabia has building codes and laws that are followed. A 17 story building that is the garment district of Tehran has NO sprinkler protection. Amazing how it didn't burn down in 56 years.

Flammable/combustible materials, No Sprinklers: Bad combinaiton; disaster waiting to happen.

It looks like an implosion! Pretty fragile building! Sad! 

If Khomenei's Mausoleum caught on fire, it would not collapse so quickly!
