It is said old habits die hard, that is assuming the addict wishes to kick the habit and the habit is not part and parcel of his very being.

There are some in the sane world - egged on by the multinational conglomerate business lobbyists - who think only if they try harder, bend backward an inch or two further and go the distance a mile or two more to pacify the ruling Islamist fascists –“reformers” and all- they will see the light and become tame.

In the nearly four decades, this has been the name of the game, with nothing but more mayhem and further spreading of Islamist barbarity to show for it.

Just recently, in exchange for 5 Iranian-American hostages being held by the Islamist fascists, President Obama paid a billion and half cash plus setting free two dozen Islamist connected criminals in U.S.

However, hostage taking is in the Islamist fascists’ DNA. They began their bloody rule over Iran by taking American diplomats in Tehran as hostages, and have since been taking and releasing hostages when ransom has been paid.

News:

“Iran says three dual nationals and a Lebanese citizen held in Iran have been indicted on unspecified charges and their cases have been sent to court.

Tehran prosecutor Abbas Jafari Dolatabadi was quoted by Iranian news agencies on July 11 as saying that the cases of Iranian-Canadian academic Homa Hoodfar, Iranian-American businessman Siamak Namazi, Iranian-British citizen Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, who works as a project manager for the Thomson Reuters Foundation, and Lebanese IT expert Nizar Zakka have been referred to court in the past two weeks.”

It's like déjà vu all over again, and again, and again. Yes, old habits die hard, however; some never do.

Sanction works, U.S. Senate, get to it.
