Generally speaking, there are two types of Palestinians, one which is almost always in the news and then the not newsworthy ones.

The newsworthy are the ones the lefties, Islamist fascists and alike like to talk about and use for their own nefarious agendas all the times.

The disposable ones are those who do not support hypocrites’ agenda.   

Take a look at the ones in Syria where they are being starved to death by the murderous Battists, Islamist fascist forces dispatched from Iran and their Lebanese Hezbollah terrorist houseboys.
