There was a time, seems to be eons ago, when political left meant progressives whose mission in life was the welfare of people, particularly the labor and others capitalism was taking advantage of them.

Those days are log gone; the real left is becoming extinct like dodo bird. Nowadays, the amoral lefties, who are pro anything and anyone that is against America/Israel, are what left is burdened with.

Look at Iran, look at the way lefties busy themselves with any and all that is anti-America/Israel and forgo being the voice of Iranians, particularly labor, yearning to be freed from the tyranny of the super Capitalist Islamist fascists ruling Iran.

Take any one of your favorite lefties, particularly Iranian ones, and check out their public utterances for the past month or so.

You will see a lot of chest beating, just like the Islamist fascists, for the Saudi rulers’ brutal murder of Jamal Khashoggi, a Saudi insider turned critic, and will see almost nothing about the 24/7 savagery of Islamist fascists in Iran and abroad. The cries of so many hungry Iranians, including factory workers, on the streets asking for unpaid wages find no receptive ears among the amoral lefties.

No wonder the protesting hungry and unpaid Iranians in Iran shout:

“Let go of Khashoggi, do something for us”

Airtight sanctions - which includes oil - a la against the despicable South Africa apartheid, works. U.S. lawmakers get to it.
