ARIRANG NEWS: President Park became the first South Korean president to touch soil in Iran since diplomatic ties were established 54 years ago.

It provided a historic opportunity for South Koreans and President Park to engage directly with the Iranian people, forge new agreements between the two countries, huge commercial deals for both and build new cultural as well as people to people exchange.
