Whatever the outcome of the FBI thing, he is still disqualified by the way he conducted himself during the testimony.

Why? Becasue he fucked the democRATS in the judiciary committee (including the Yale graduate Whitehouse who was parsing his high school yearbook) in the @$$ one by one! Thursday wasn't a time and a place to be bipartisan - he had already done that during his confirmation hearing! The entire Dems' machinary conspired against him and he single-handedly defeated them word-by-word and punch-by-punch! He should be an inspiration for all!
