US President Donald Trump has sent a chilling threat to Iran while speaking at the Saudi-US investment forum.

Touted as a “fantastic speech” by White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, Trump praised the relationship between Saudi Arabia and the US.

Trump expressed his desire for the Middle East to have everlasting peace, but took aim at Iran for hindering this goal.

Condemning the country’s actions on stage, Trump labelled Iran the “most destructive force” in the region.

Trump said Iran had a decision on whether it would choose to continue its “chaos and terror” or embrace a new path towards peace.
