Al Jazeera: Hopes of salvaging the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran have taken another blow.

Tehran now says it has the ability to enrich uranium to a much higher level.

But it also says that capacity could quickly be reversed, if Europe delivers promised sanctions relief.
