You should really add being sexually very active ( well male ones anyway ) as an answer.
The only reason I like being Iranian is the access I have to read the Shahnameh in the original and not have to rely on Ahmad Sadri's translation.
I will eat aabgoosht tomorrow night! I can't wait!
How was the aabgoosht? It's a must have every once in a while, especially in cold winter months and if you're lucky prepared in a stone oven.
I had abgoosht last night. OMG! Yummy! They gave me 2 lamb shanks and a huge platter of loose rice mixed with some green herbes. I ate the lamb shanks and could not finish the rice, so I had to take the rice home. I also had appetizers: some paste made of eggplant, very delicious, also stuffed grape leaves, scrumptious! I had baklava for dessert! It is a Persian restaurant, but the 2 waitresses are Afghanis and 1 waiter is Iranian!
Abgoosht made me feel I was in heaven!
You guys are making me hungry now.

P.S. some of us grew up on Abgoosht, of course that was it till we discovered kalbas o sosis.
Don't know why they served rice, perhaps they wanted to be chic! But aabgoosht is served with bread not rice and you can also mash the lamb and other ingredients in a bowl and then eat it with bread. Here is a clip on how to properly eat abgoosht and mash lamb, although in the end you eat it however you like!
Here's an explanation in a language I don't understand but you can get it, short and sweet! Or if you like to dance and cook at the same time try this one!
Also, the best way Iranian men find out if a girl is 'marriage material' is see if she likes aabgoosht!
Esfand jaan,
Don't forget the piaz (raw onion) which of course need to be smashed with one big blow of the fist.
