How about changing the site's format, like allowing bigger post displays, etc.? 

If changing the format is not feasible, maybe we can limit the number of posts ("Revenge Posts") that each unique user id can make per day.

I agree with Faramarz.  I think the site should have "one IP one username" policy. Solves a lot of problems and will give more credibility to the site.
