Chocolate is a huge business. People all over the world crave it like crazy. I was thinking about that today when my sister mentioned she wants to start a business. I remembered the Chocolate Museum in Cusco, Peru. The French owner/chef had turned a relatively small space into a store/cafe/cooking class/museum for chocolate lovers in a very unique and attractive way. The chocolates were handmade with the very best ingredients in 30 or so flavors on the premises in full view of the customers who could also take classes on how to make their own at home. Every person who walked in was given a glass of "chocolate tea" made with cocoa bean skin. The walls were covered with interesting information about the history of chocolate and its health benefits. I thought it would be a great idea to open a similar place here in Chihuahua, or anywhere else for that matter. People will love it, no?
