The funny thing is that while the chest-beating Trump supporters are so “concerned” about the Iranian political prisoners and the human rights, 7x24, the last thing on Trump’s and his “mad dogs’” cabinet’s minds (and tongues) is the Iranian political prisoners and the human rights. There’s a Farsi phrase for this:

If you want extreme sanctions to stop the ballistic missile program, then do exactly as Obama did; a worldwide coalition and a “carrot and stick” strategy to force the Regime to the negotiating table.

If you want to just bomb the place, then make an excuse and do it, as W Bush did in Iraq. And live with its consequences.

Unfortunately Farmarz, once something like that starts it will be very hard for a lot of inncoent people to "Live" let alone experience the consequnces. Case in point Iraq and Syria!

Well CoP, the generals around Trump are all veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan wars and we know how those 2 countries are doing today. So a regime change in Iran is not in the cards for Trump. That leaves us with either 4 years of empty slogans like the “Axis of Evil” or a minor skirmish/bombing like Reagan did, which will only strengthen the Regime.

Any policy that is not rooted in the Iranian civil society will fail.
