One thing I dont agree with her is the way she tries to separate the IRI govt from the people of Iran. A ruling system is largely a reflection of the way its people think and act. I'm sure many people here will disagree, but if Iran is today ruled by a theocracy, it's because its people moreorless believe in such a form of system. I don't believe that such a corrupt and intolerant regime would last even one single day if the people were not OK with it. Even masih herself, deep down inside, only seeks an Islamic Republic in which she merely has the freedom to ride bikes and let her hair loose. Hence the word "eslaah talab". These people are not against the nezaam. They only wish to tweak it. Iran will only be saved once people realize that Islam, by its very nature, is not eslah-able. You cant tweak something which inherently opposes diversity of thought. You can't modify and soften a maktab that preaches submission (aka tasleem from the word "Islam") instead of freedom. They only define freedom as long as it's not against dastooraat-e elahi. Well sorry, that's not freedom.

She does represent the 'eslah talab' crowd that like to make some changes (uncovered hair, riding bikes, gender equality at some levels, etc) but keeping the system. Another words a milder gentler islamic republic.
The problem is not her, its the absense of a serious kick ass natioanilistic leader among the opposition with a bold vision , mighty guts and a new message. so in a way beggers can't be choosers.
