Khomeini and his South Lebanese / Palestinian trained terrorist bunch (a lot of whom are still around, i.e., Yazdi) were the founders of the extremist Islamist ideology in the 20th century--continuing to today.
And the sooner the IRI terrorist regime is dislodged, dismantled, distroyed, and its toxic remains are thrown in the trash bin of history, the sooner chaos and carnage will begin to subside and order and peace will return to that region and around the world!
The question I always ask is when is the real truth going to come out (i.e, declassified) about Iran? We all know Carter had a hand in this, but Americans are far too "inexperinced" in the art of exploiting the Middle East to have done this on their own...and ........Why? Oil & OPEC? USSR?.........
Why did they do this and are they regretting it now?
I think that Jimmy Carter's role in the Iranian Fiasco is exaggerated.
Carter walked into the White House in January of 1977 and almost 2 years later to the day the late Shah "heard the revolution" and left Iran.
Would things have been any different if Gerald Ford was the US President in January of 1977? I don't think so.
We own this garbage and we should fix it together instead of blaming others who had a minor role in it!
Farmarz, You bet this shit is ours and I am the last to blame others (as you have seen from me), but this shit does not makes sense - for it to make sense, Iranians must be more screwed up than I had feared.
Yes we are dear CoP!
Maybe just shah was unlucky. He was there at the wrong time and the wrong place.
We all know Carter had a hand in this, but Americans are far too "inexperinced" in the art of exploiting the Middle East to have done this on their own...
This is the best thing I heard from you cop. Americans are lacking experience and should have left nations in ME to get on with it. People in ME need to learn from their own mistakes.
I think that Jimmy Carter's role in the Iranian Fiasco is exaggerated.
Yes Faramarz it is exaggerated but how could a bunch of politically inxeperienced mullahs take over king of kings' land. There must be more. There must be more than meets our eyes.
The 1979 Devolution happened because of Iranians' low IQ. No other group of people with a decent level of intelligence would have committed such atrocity against itself.
