To avoid paradoxes, the assumption will be that when you do go back and change something, it only changes that NEW timeline; it wont affect YOUR timeline (which is already set and past). So when you come back to the present, you'll still have the current regime and Khomeini and revolution and history in place, no matter what you did back there. Your own history is fixed, but you can go back and change other timelines. But you wont be able to see the results once you return, because you simply return to your own timeline, where you left. So,... would it still be worth it? Or would you just take the Powerball route (and help yourself)?
Go back and get rid of main guy and done with it. If the psycho imam was kiled in 1962, we wouldn't have to live in a hell now.
MRX jaan, I kinda disagree.
It isn't necessarily the psycho mullah, it is the assbackwardness that has plagued us for a long long time. If it wasn't that psycho, it would have been another.
MRX,
Your answer is implicit in answer #2! I dont think Reza Khan would let Khomeini live, had he known what a sh*t hole Iran would become in 80-90 yrs into the future.
Well ex-cop you are right to a large degree. Before khomeini there was musa sadr who was an Iranian born cleric , residing in lebonan , chasing whores there. I believe he was supposed to become our fuhrer but Syrians or Libyans took care of him and thus the torch was passed to khomeini.
